Feed the machine with what it needs to know to help you.  Humanize your brand.  How do you want your customers to see it?  Remember, the machine works until we get you what you want, but the clearer your input, the more efficient the process will be.

Just fill out the general brief and the product briefs that relate to the services you're purchasing. For example, if you're buying naming and logo services, complete the general brief then the specific naming and logo briefs. The more detail the better, but you don't have to get technical. Keep it real!
